Jon Mavrakis
Jon brings an extensive background in real estate development, sales, marketing and finance, especially as it relates to downtown Cleveland. He has served as executive director of Pinnacle Management Group, where he managed the development of a 14-story luxury residential building in downtown Cleveland as well as a Warehouse District conversion of an apartment building to condominiums. From 2006 – 2011, he has negotiated and facilitated more than 100 residential and commercial transactions resulting in more than $45 million in sales.
A Cleveland native, Jon has spent almost a decade living in downtown Cleveland, where he enjoys and promotes the urban lifestyle. Jon began his career in downtown Cleveland, earning a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Cleveland State University and working in finance and marketing at The Plain Dealer.
Jon is a licensed realtor and serves as the treasurer of the Downtown Cleveland Resident Association (DCRA) and is a member of the Real Estate Advisory Group for the Downtown Cleveland Alliance (DCA).
Nick Petrakis
Nick Petrakis is a licensed real estate agent with 5 years experience in Real Estate Development and Property Management. Before founding Citiroc Real Estate Company, Nick worked as the Senior Project Manager and Property Manager for Pinnacle Management Group. During that time he focused on the development and sales of custom luxury residential condominiums as well as the conversion of a downtown apartment building into condominiums and office space. Nick also had a total of 106 mixed residential and commercialunits under management as well as a 3 story garage facility.
Nick graduated from The Ohio State University receiving his B.S. in Business Administration and received his MBA in Management from Baldwin Wallace College. He is a native Clevelander and lives in Downtown Cleveland.
Nick Zarnas
Since 2000, Nicholas has concentrated his work in downtown Cleveland, focusing on the reuse of existing buildings to create high-end, customized, multi-story residential properties. An active board member of the Historic Gateway Neighborhood, Nicholas lives in the downtown Warehouse District.
